Our Service

Supervised Contact:

Fully trained contact facilitators providing face to face discreet contact with children and parents, full written reports provided to the commissioning authority.

Supported Contact:

Room only service for estranged parents/relatives to enjoy quality private time with their child/ren.

Parent Information Programme:

On going courses available when Parent(s) have beeen ordered by Court to attend a Programme. We are a DCSF Approved provider.

Child Escort Service:

Collection and retun of chid/ren to and from Contact. Full booster and child seats provided.

Holding/Handover Service:

We are able to facilitate the exchange of a child(ren) at our premises without Parents having to meet face to face.

Family Support Workers:

Providing direct support to the family home with children or supportting parents with parenting/budgeting skills

Day-care/Respite Service:

We can look after children in one of our contact suites whilst foster carers/parents/carers attend court/training courses.

Outreach Community Support Workers:

We also provide community based activities for both mainstream and special educational needs children, community based activities include: Swimming, bowling, going to the park or general support of daily living skills.
