We recruit our personnel based on their qualifications and extensive experience of working with children and families.
All supervised contact personnel and the team that run the centre hold Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau checks, have full entitlement to work within the UK and have theiremployment history checked prior to working with families. In addition to this, all personnel undertake the following extensive training programme.
